Healthcare Reform Certification 2011

Attendees of the Healthcare Reform Conference® will have access to attend the Healthcare Reform Certification Course (Value of $500) that will occur on  Friday, October 28th at   9:15 am to 11:15 am.   Upon completion of the intense advanced workshop attendees will receive a certification in Healthcare Reform.

Summary (Approximately 2hr)

The certification workshop is appropriate for persons with all levels of familiarity of the Affordable Care Act. Attendees will get a brief summary of the major provisions in the Affordable Care Act from two ERISA group health plan attorneys as well as an update on major changes and developments over the last year. Finally, the workshop will offer a glimpse into 2014 when many of the major provisions take place. The presenters will address attendee questions throughout the presentation and will provide An Affordable Care Act Compliance Checklist for Plan Sponsors outlining current compliance obligations that plan sponsors should be implementing. Attendees will receive a certificate demonstrating that they are Healthcare Reform Certified by the Employer Healthcare Congress.
